İrem ONURSAL is founding partner of SİLEGAL Law Firm and she graduated from Marmara University in 2018.  

Before establishing SİLEGAL Law Firm, she had internships in legal departments of well-known beverage and chemistry companies and worked in a reputable law firm recognised by LEGAL500. • Drafting and negotiating lease contracts, provision of legal advice in disputes arising from lease contracts
• Conducting due diligence before Land Registries, drafting determination reports, rendering all kinds of legal proceedings before Land Registries including but not limited to sale, donation, succession, encumbrances,
• Provision legal advocacy and consultation as to inheritance disputes,
• Provision of legal advice in the event of a cyber attack, conducting legal and criminal proceedings against relevant IP owner and service provider,
• Submitting and following objections against payment orders rendered by Tax Offices and representing clients before Tax Offices for cancellation of payment orders,
• Provision of legal advice for obtaining free zone operating license and investing in Turkey by way of incorporating a company in a free zone located in Turkey to a foreign-owned holding company,
• Filing a lawsuit for cancellation of decision of Municipality in relation to amendment of a zoning plan for an energy company engaged in biomass power plant operation activities,
• Making complaints to the Personal Data Protection Board against violations of rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law,
• Representing a Turkish company engaged in jewellery design activities in a dispute relating to ownership of intellectual property rights on jewellery designs,

• Representing clients in disputes before Intellectual Commercial Courts of First Instance,
